User Agreement
1.2. Unless otherwise stated, any uses herein of “we” or “us” or “our” refer to the Company, and any uses herein of “you” or “your” or “user” or “player” refer to all persons making use of the services provided by the Company on the casino 7bet;
1.3. This agreement lays down all the contractual terms (referred to as “User Agreement”) between the Company and a person that registers for a customer’s Account (the “Account”) at 7bet.gb.net. Acceptance of this User Agreement is obligatory before creating an Account at 7bet.gb.net. This User Agreement governs the use of all services offered on 7bet.gb.net together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Withdrawal Policy, Betting Regulations and Bonus Terms and Conditions are forming the Terms and Conditions of 7bet.gb.net. Please, review the above Policies and Terms, and read this User Agreement carefully, to make sure you understand all rights and obligations arising thereunder. In addition to this User Agreement and the above Policies and Terms, there are also specific Game and Promotion rules that regulate each Game and Promotion in detail, including how the Game progresses and how the distribution of profits looks for each Game type. In the event that this User Agreement differs in any way from the rules for a particular Promotion, Game, or for a particular form of play, this User Agreement shall take precedence;
1.4. To use the Services, you must register and open an account with us. By registering an account with 7bet.gb.net, you will enter into a legally binding agreement with us which incorporates the User Agreement, the rules for each of the products and services that we offer and any applicable third-party terms and conditions in respect of the use of their software (See Section 2 below);
1.5. You must be 18 years of age or older and meet the other eligibility and verification criteria to use the Services. You are only permitted to register one (1) account on 7bet.gb.net;
1.6. We collect and may use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy;
1.7. Full details concerning deposits and withdrawals to your account are set out in the Account settings. You can make deposits into your account by debit card or by using an accepted online payment service (e.g. PayPal). We do not accept deposits by credit card. The standard minimum withdrawal amount is GBP 10 to a debit card and GBP 10 to another payment method. However, customers who have a balance lower than this minimum can contact our Customer Support Team in order to withdraw the full balance amount;
1.8. We will not tolerate fraudulent activity or cheating, and we may suspend and/ or close your account withholding any or all winnings and share information (together with your identity) with the police and other appropriate authorities if we have reason to believe you are partaking in fraudulent activity or cheating. Where we close or suspend a customers account for reasons of fraud or cheating, the customer may be liable for all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses which we incur in connection with the fraud, dishonesty or criminal act. We will not be responsible for any errors or events outside of our control, which may result in any bets or wagers being declared void;
1.9. Interpretation:
1.9.1. “Account” means the gaming account opened by a user with the Company, on which funds are deposited by a Player for the purpose of making use of the Services offered on the Website;
1.9.2. “Bet” means any amount of funds placed from the Account on a Game on the Website;
1.9.3. “Bonus” includes all rewards, which are not Winnings received through wagering on Games, but are received via participation in a Promotion offered on the Website, including but not limited to any bonus money, free spins, and cashback bonuses Any Sportsbook bets made using bonus funds, profit boost, odds boost, risk free bets or bonus bets must not be placed on outcomes which are correlated or in opposition to one another. Any hedging of risk by selecting correlated outcomes to ensure a profit with bonus types mentioned above will be considered as in breach of this User Agreement;
1.9.4. “Bonus winnings” means winning made from bonuses, which can be used to play particular non-jackpot games only;
1.9.5. “Deposit” means any funds transferred by a Player from their payment account to the gaming Account on the Website;
1.9.6. “Duplicate Account” shall have the meaning set out in Section 4.3. and the following;
1.9.7. “Games” means all games made available to Users for participation on the 7bet Website;
1.9.8. “License” means Remote Casino Operating License 048789-R-327402-013 issued by the UK Gambling Commission on 23 November 2017 and Remote General Betting Standard- Real event License 048789-R-327402-013 issued on 20.02.2024 authorizing the Company to offer casino games and the provision of facilities for betting on real events to customers via a website, mobile phone, TV, or other online service;[/cloaked_text]
1.9.9. “Progressive Jackpot” means a jackpot which increases in size as a result of contributions from monies staked by players who may be based in various countries;
1.9.10. “Random Number Generator (RNG)” means an algorithmic method of generating random Game outcomes;
1.9.11. “Return To Player (RTP)” means the expected percentage of the total amounts wagered that will be paid out to players in а specific Game in the form of Winnings over time;
1.9.12. “Website” means the website operated by the Company under the domain name 7bet.gb.net and on which the present User Agreement are made available;
1.9.13. “Winnings” means the prize won on betting in a Game or other event/s (as the case might be), the amount of which is based on the specific terms and conditions of each Game or the particular promotions.;
1.9.14. “Services” means any and all services provided by the Company on the Website, including but not limited to the making available of all Games, the granting of Bonuses, and any ancillary services thereto;
1.9.15. “Software” means the software used by the Company and allowing you to access Services made available on the Website.
II. Acceptance Of General Terms And Conditions
2.1. By registering an account with us 7bet.gb.net and accepting our User Agreement, you will enter into a legally binding agreement which incorporates these general terms and conditions (“User Agreement”) and the rules for each of the products and services that we offer (“Game Rules”, including „Betting Regulations“) and any applicable third party terms and conditions in respect of the use of their software (“Third Party Terms”). The User Agreement, the Game Rules and the Third-Party Terms are together referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”. You agree to the use of electronic communications in order to enter into these Terms and Conditions and you waive any rights or requirements under applicable laws or regulations in any jurisdiction that requires an original (non- electronic) signature, to the extent permitted under applicable law;
2.2. The products and services that we offer (via its websites and mobile applications) are together referred to as the “Services”. Your agreement under these Terms and Conditions is with us for all the Services that you use;
2.3. Please note that the User Agreement shall prevail in the event of any conflict between the General Bonus Terms and Conditions and any of the Game Rules.
III. Changes To Terms And Conditions
3.1. The Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Services and supersede any and all prior agreements between you and us in respect of the same;
3.2. We may make changes to these General Terms and Conditions from time to time (including to comply with applicable law or a change in our regulatory requirements), at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes to these General Terms and Conditions by providing a prompt with a link to the revised terms on our websites. Your continued use of the Services following such notification will be deemed binding acceptance of the changes. If any change is unacceptable to you, you should stop using the Services. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions and any amendments to them each time you use the Services.
IV. Registering And Opening An Account
4.1. To use the Services, you need to register and open an account with us (“Account”). You can open an Account by clicking the “Register” link on our websites. There are no set-up charges for opening an Account with us. When you open your account, you will be asked to provide personal information, including (but not limited to) your first and last name, postal address, email address, date of birth and telephone number. You shall ensure that the details provided by you at registration are accurate and kept up to date. You can change some of your details at any time by editing your account preferences using the facility provided on our websites. 4.2. When opening an account with us, you must fulfil our eligibility criteria and pass our anti-money laundering and verification checks (the “Requirements”) as described in Section 6 (Eligibility) and Section 7 (Verification) below. You must at all times continue to satisfy the Requirements, while you have an active account with us;
4.3. You can only register one (1) Account with us, which can then be used across all of the Services. If we identify that you have acted fraudulently or dishonestly in opening multiple/duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or withhold any winnings/funds that have accumulated on those accounts. We also reserve the right to close any and all accounts;
4.4. You must provide us with accurate information in relation to your account. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your personal details which may impact on the use of your account (e.g. a change of address or new bank card details). If any of these details change, please notify us using: (1) the facility provided on our websites or (2) via Customer Support;
4.5. We reserve the right to refuse to open an Account for any reason, including failure to meet the Requirements. Provided that your registration application complied with our General Terms and Conditions, you have verified your identity and no bets or wagers have been placed, we will send you any sum provided on deposit in respect of the failed Account by the method of payment you used to make the relevant deposit. If any bets or wagers have been placed, we reserve the right to void all such bets or wagers and return the deposit;
4.6. Any bets or wagers placed via your account must be for your own benefit and not for the benefit of any third party.
V. Information We Collect About You And How It Is Used

By agreeing to this User Agreement, you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully and make sure you understand it. We are entitled to share the information we hold on you which includes but is not limited to personal data and betting history with regulators, sporting bodies and other bodies, including the police and law enforcement bodies, in order to investigate fraud, money laundering and to comply with our regulatory duties. We are entitled to share the information we hold on you which includes but is not limited to personal data, financial information and gaming history with Anakatech Interactive Limited and UAB Amber Entertainment (in its capacity of separate independent controller ), for all general business purposes, marketing, assisting with identifying problem gambling, the prevention of fraud and financial crime and in order to satisfy our legal and regulatory obligations. 5.2. We are entitled to share the information we hold on you which includes but is not limited to personal data and betting history with regulators, sporting bodies and other bodies, including the police, and law enforcement bodies in order to investigate fraud, money laundering or sports betting integrity issues and to comply with our regulatory duties;
5.3. We are entitled to share the information we hold on you which includes but is not limited to personal data, financial information and betting history with Anakatech Interactive Limited and its subsidiaries, for all general business purposes, marketing, assisting with identifying problem gambling, the prevention of fraud and financial crime and in order to satisfy our legal and regulatory obligations.
VI. Eligibility
6.1. You must be 18 (eighteen) years of age or older to use the Services. By registering with us, you confirm that you are aged eighteen (18) or older. Underage gambling is a criminal offence and explicitly forbidden;
6.2. Access to certain Services may not be legal for residents of, or persons located in certain countries. We do not intend that the Services be used by persons in countries in which such activities are illegal. The Services do not constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation by us for the use of, or subscription to, betting, gaming or other services in any jurisdiction in which such activities are prohibited by law. We only accept customers based in United Kingdom.
6.3. If you access any of the services from a country other than UK, it is your responsibility to check that accessing and using the Services are not prohibited and/or restricted by local laws. We accept no liability if your use of the services is in contravention of the laws of the country in which you are located;
6.4. If we discover or reasonably believe that you are accessing the services in a country in which the use of the services is not legal or in jurisdictions from which we do not accept customers, we shall be entitled to immediately suspend or close your account and shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such suspension or closure. In the case of closure, any balance on your Account on the date of closure will be refunded to you as soon as practicable.
6.5. You warrant that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion from Winomania, LuckyMate, Betnero, 7bet account and you have not signed up to a national self- exclusion register (such as GAMSTOP) which excludes you from gambling.
VII. Verification
7.1. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and/or address from you and may suspend or restrict your Account until you provide the requested information;
7.2. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you authorise us to conduct any identification, credit or other verification checks that we may require (either for our own purposes or as required by applicable law or a regulatory body), including (but not limited to) checking any or all of the details you provide when registering or changing your account details (e.g. when you update the payment method linked to your account). In particular, we may verify that you are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older and that you are resident in the country in which you say you are a resident. You agree to provide us with any information we may reasonably need in relation to such checks;
7.3. We may supply the information that you have given us to authorized credit reference agencies, who may check the details we provide against any databases (public or private) to which they have access and may keep a record of that check. We may share information with credit reference and fraud prevention agencies for use in credit decisions, identification checks and for fraud detection and prevention purposes. You agree that we may process, use, record and disclose the personal information which you provide in connection with your registration in accordance with our Privacy policy, and that such personal data may be recorded by us or the credit reference agencies;
7.4. you:
● Will not be permitted to deposit, withdraw, or gamble until we have verified your name, address and DOB in accordance with our internal verification requirements; May have your account restricted if you have not been fully verified in accordance with our internal verification requirements which may limit your ability to deposit, withdraw and/or gamble through the account;
● Once fully verified in accordance with our internal verification requirements, you will be able to withdraw funds and deposit freely, subject to ongoing monitoring and restrictions, which may be applied from time to time;
● Will be advised of any restrictions applicable to your account and documents which need to be provided in order to be fully verified, prior to your first deposit and following each login;
● If you are not advised of any restrictions or required documents, but we have been able to fully verify your account, you will be able to deposit, withdraw and/or gamble, subject to ongoing monitoring and restrictions, which may be applied from time to time;
7.5. As well as the other checks we may undertake, you may be required to provide proof of identity and/or proof of address to assist us with verification. If requested by us, you will need to send us the requested documents using the facilities made available for this purpose. In order to comply with our obligations under applicable Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing regulatory standards, as well as to prevent other illegal and fraudulent activity on our Website, the Company reserves the right to request further documentation at any point in time. The Company undertakes not to make the withdrawal of funds subject to additional verification unless such request is reasonably necessary to prevent or rule out suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or other such illegal activity, or is otherwise necessary for the Company to undertake in order to comply with its obligations relating there to.
7.6. You undertake to inform us within one business day after registration by sending an e- mail to [email protected] or by contacting the support that you are a politically exposed person (PEP) (i), a family member of a politically exposed person; (ii), or a person closely associated to a politically exposed person (iii). Management approval is needed for establishing or continuing a business relationship with politically exposed persons.
(i) Politically exposed person — a person who is or has been entrusted with prominent public function, including a heads of state, heads of government, ministers and deputy or assistant ministers; members of parliament or of similar legislative bodies; members of the governing bodies of political parties; members of supreme courts, constitutional courts or other high-level judicial bodies whose decisions are not subject to further appeal, except in exceptional circumstances; members of courts of auditors or of the boards of central banks; ambassadors, chargés d’affaires and high-ranking officers in armed forces; members of the administrative, management or supervisory bodies of state-owned enterprises; directors, deputy directors and members of the board or equivalent function of an international organisation.
(ii) A family member of the politically exposed person — a person having the following relation to the person referred to in Paragraph (i):
a) a spouse or a person equivalent to a spouse. A person shall be considered as an equivalent to a spouse only if the laws and regulations of the relevant country establish such status.
b) a child of the politically exposed person or a child of the spouse or a person equivalent to a spouse of the politically exposed person, his/her spouse or a person equivalent to a spouse.
c) a parent, grandparent or grandchild.
d) a brother or a sister.
(iii) A person closely related to a politically exposed person — a natural person regarding which it is known that this person has a business or any other close relationship with any of the persons referred to in Paragraph (i), or is a shareholder of the same company as any of the persons referred to in Paragraph (i), as well as a natural person being the only owner of a legal formation regarding which it is known that it has actually been established in favour of the person referred above.
VIII. Username And Password
8.1. Once you register and open an account with us, this account will serve as your identity for as long as you are using our Services. No one but you are allowed to use your Account and you should not disclose your username and password to anyone. We take absolutely no responsibility for any third party accessing your Account and we shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of such an event;
8.2. You are obliged to keep your account information, username, and password fully confidential, and you are solely responsible for keeping your log in details secure. You take full responsibility of the security of any linked email address, and the security (password protected, locked screen, etc.) of any personal computer or device on which the Player’s Account is accessible, and the Company shall not be held responsible if there is unauthorized use of the Account when the Company itself is not at fault;
8.3. You are solely responsible for all activities, transactions, Deposits and/or losses that may occur on your account, where such are not the result of an act or omission by the Company in the settlement of a transaction. Any person who identifies himself or herself by entering your Account with the correct username and password is assumed by us to be you and all activities will be regarded as valid and authorized by you;
8.4. You must inform us immediately by contacting our Customer Support Centre at [email protected] of any unauthorized access and/or use to your account or any suspicion that someone else knows your username and password and we will suspend your Account pending further investigation of such unauthorized use;
8.5. Subject to verification, you may update your details by contacting our Customer Support Centre at [email protected].
IX. Deposits
9.1. All amounts paid into your account must be by debit or using an online payment service (e.g. PayPal and other providers we may accept). All deposits may be subject to your bank and/or payment providers authorization and we accept no liability where this is not provided. For the avoidance of doubt, you can no longer pay any amounts into your account by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) by any means including by way of any credit card registered with an online payment service (e.g. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other such providers);
9.2. When using a debit card or online payment service, you must make sure that the name on the card or payment service is the same as the name used for your Account. We are entitled to assume that you are using your own funds, and we accept no liability where that is not the case. We reserve the right to void any bets and withhold any winnings placed with third-party funds;
9.3. The payment methods available for the Services are further detailed on the Banking page. To change your payment method, please use the facility provided on the websites or contact our Customer Support Team;
9.4. The minimum and the maximum deposits for all payment methods are further detailed on the Banking page. We reserve the right, acting reasonably, to change the minimum deposit and maximum without prior notice. We will publish any change to the minimum deposit amount on our websites;
9.5. We will never charge you for making a deposit. However, certain banks may impose additional banking charges. Please ask your bank for more details;
9.6. Your deposit will be available in your account as soon as your bank authorizes the amount you choose to deposit. Upon initiating a deposit or withdrawal, the name of the merchant descriptor may differentiate from the Brand you are trying to deposit to or withdraw from. For example, you may deposit on/withdraw from one Brand but see in your bank statement that the merchant descriptor is marked as Anakatech Interactive Limited/another Brand operated by Anakatech Interactive Limited. While the descriptor may be incorrect, the transaction itself is processed correctly for your intended account. If you are uncertain about a charge, please check that the transaction amount and date match your transaction history in your account;
9.7. Funds in your account do not bear interest and are deemed to be advance payments for intended transactions;
9.8. You should only deposit money in your account for the purposes of using such money on the Services. We shall be entitled to suspend or close your account if we reasonably believe that you are depositing money without any intention to use such money on the Services. In such circumstances we may also report you to the relevant authorities.
X. Winnings
10.1. Subject to these General Terms and Conditions, we will credit your account with your winnings as soon as practicable.
10.2. Winnings will usually be paid without you needing to make a claim. If you believe that you have not received any winnings due to you then you should notify us as soon as possible and provide evidence for your claim. No claim for winnings may be made more than six months after the date on which the relevant event was completed; 10.3. We reserve the right to suspend the payment of winnings in the event of the occurrence of an event outside our control. We will pay you any winnings due to you as soon as reasonably practicable after the relevant event outside our control has ceased.
XI. Withdrawals
11.1. Subject to these General Terms and Conditions, you may withdraw the available funds from your account at any time. Funds will remain in your account unless and until you submit an online request for an amount up to the outstanding balance to be transferred to the debit card or online payment service with which you originally deposited monies in your Account;
11.2. To withdraw funds from your account, visit the Withdrawal page, or kindly contact our Customer Support Team;
11.3. You can only request withdrawals in the exact same manner as the way the deposit was made. You can use new payment methods at any time, at your own discretion. However, new payments methods need to be verified by us as required by our regulatory obligations. We will attempt to accommodate your request regarding the chosen payment method of your withdrawal. This, however, cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we may process and pay withdrawals in a different payment method than the one requested by you, such as through a different payment provider, or a wire transfer (any charges associated with relevant payment methods are set out in the Withdrawal part on the Website).
11.4. We operate a “closed-loop” policy to prevent money laundering and fraud, which requires funds to be returned to the original source of deposit. However, in certain circumstances, your card issuer or bank (e.g., NatWest, the Royal Bank of Scotland, or other providers not supporting card payouts) may not be technically capable of receiving funds back to the original card used for deposit. In such instances, we reserve the right to process your withdrawal via an alternative secure method, such as a verified Bank Transfer (via Trustly or similar providers). To comply with our regulatory obligations, any alternative payment method used must be held in your own name. We may require additional documentation (such as a bank statement) to verify account ownership before funds are released. Failure to provide proof of ownership for the alternative method will result in the withdrawal being declined until such verification is completed.
11.5. It is the right of the customer to withdraw the balance of their Account at any time, subject to verification as established by the (if a withdrawal is requested for first time). A customer is permitted to request a withdrawal at any time. A customer is not able to reverse a withdrawal request once submitted;
11.6. Where funds are transferred, they will leave us at the close of business on the working day on which such transfer was requested and will be credited to the debit card or online payment service that you have registered with us. These funds will be subject to a clearance period determined by the card issuing bank (normally 2-5 working days) or online payment service (normally 2-5 working days);
11.7. At our reasonable discretion, requests for withdrawals may be held for approval before being processed. In compliance with our regulatory obligations, we have to take reasonable measures to protect our games from fraud and crime. For this purpose, we may request documentation of the customers as well as perform enhanced verifications in order to determine their risk profile, including but not limited to ID/Passport, driving licence, proof of address, proof of payment method, and other information on their source of funds/wealth, occupation, annual gross income, gaming budget, among others. If new circumstances arise (i.e. change of payment method, or when a threshold is reached or any other situation where we could not have reasonably requested it earlier);

The standard minimum withdrawal amount depends on the restrictions imposed by the bank or the respective payment service provider as may be amended from time to time. However, customers who have a balance lower than this minimum can contact our Customer Support Team in order to withdraw the full balance amount;
11.9. We reserve the right to change the minimum withdrawal levels at our reasonable discretion. We will publish any changes on our websites.
XII. Use Of Services
12.1. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, remove and/or add a product to the Services at our reasonable discretion on prior notice to you wherever possible, however some amendments to products or the Services may be required to be made with immediate effect and without notice;
12.2. You must not misuse our websites by knowingly introducing software, technology or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to: our websites; the servers on which our websites are stored; or, any server computer or database connected to our websites. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities, and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them;
12.3. You agree that you will not use the Services in any way that may lead to the encouragement, procurement or carrying out of any criminal or unlawful activity or cause distress, harm or inconvenience to any other person;
12.4. You agree that you will not use the services in any way other than for your personal use and for your own benefit. Any bets or wagers placed through your account that are not for your own benefit (including for the avoidance of doubt placed in connection with any bet management or brokerage service) are forbidden unless agreed by us (in writing) in advance;
12.5. You agree not to give any indication that you have any commercial relationship with us or that you are a person who has been legally empowered to act on our behalf (our agent);
12.6. The information which we or third parties provide (including results, statistics, fixture lists, odds and betting figures) on our websites and Services is for your personal use only and the distribution or commercial exploitation of such information by you is strictly prohibited. We do not give any commitment or warranty in relation to the uninterrupted provision of such information, its accuracy or the results obtained through its use. No information which we or third parties provide on our websites and Services is intended to amount to advice or recommendations and is provided for information purposes only. All bets are made at your own risk;
12.7. We do not guarantee which products will be available on the Services. The Services are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. Whilst we use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services run smoothly, we cannot promise that the Services will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and/or in a fully operating condition;
12.8. We will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care as described in these Terms and Conditions. We do not make any other promises about how the Services will be provided;
12.9. In order for you to use certain Services, in particular our Sports (including virtual sport events), Casino and Live Casino, it may be necessary to provide you with software provided by a third party. The provider of such software may require you to agree to additional terms and conditions governing the use of their products which you will be made aware of for acceptance as required. You shall not interfere with, modify or reverse engineer any software provided to you by us or any third party. We do not accept any liability in respect of any third-party software;
12.10. We receive commentaries, news feeds, scores and other content from a number of third parties, which may carry terms and conditions governing their use. We do not accept any liability in respect of such content. Where the Services link to third-party websites, content and resources, this does not constitute an endorsement by us of that third party’s website or their products or services and we do not accept any liability in respect of your use of such sites.
XIII. Placing A Bet Or Wager
13.1. You may only place a bet or wager up to the value of the cleared funds in your account. We do not offer any credit. We reserve the right to void any bet or wager which we may have accepted by mistake when your account did not have sufficient cleared funds;
13.2. We only accept bets or wagers made online. Bets and wagers are not accepted in any other way, including by email, post or fax, and will not be valid if received in such a way;
13.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details of your bet or wager are correct. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by us, you may not cancel or change it without our consent. If you’ve placed a bet or wager and wish to cancel or change it, please contact Customer Support using the contact details before the event has started and we will consider your request, although any decision will be at our reasonable discretion.
13.4. We provide various sports betting options, and users are required to adhere to the betting regulations outlined on our platform.
13.5. We offer Virtual Sports Betting in compliance with UK Gambling Commission regulations. Virtual sports outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness.
XIV. Refusing Your Bet Or Wager
14.1. We reserve the right, acting reasonably, to refuse all or any part of a bet or wager, void any accepted bet or wager and withhold settlement if we have reason to believe:
● you have insufficient funds in your account;
● you have violated the Betting regulations; you are under 18 (eighteen) years of age; you are involved in fraud, money laundering, collusion, match rigging (fixing) or cheating of any kind;
● you are in a jurisdiction (or a resident of a jurisdiction) that renders the provision of our products to you or your use of them illegal;
● you are in breach of the relevant Game Rules;
● you are found to be using multiple Accounts or a duplicate Account;
● a bet or wager may breach the governing rules of the relevant sport or event in question or jeopardise the integrity of the sport or event in question.
14.2. In the event of a warning being received by us in relation to irregular betting patterns and possible instances of event manipulation (from European Sports Security Association or otherwise), we reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to:
● suspend our offering on any event or series of events in any of our markets; and delay and/or withhold payment on any event or series of events until the integrity of such event or series of events has been confirmed: by the relevant sports federation via IBIA/ESSA (where applicable); or by us using our reasonable discretion;
14.3. Further, in the case of active event manipulation being confirmed as having taken place on any event or series of events (by IBIA/ ESSA acting in conjunction with the appropriate sports governing bodies or by any other means), we reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to suspend any bets placed on such events, either by any individual identified as having possessed insider betting knowledge or information or by any other individual who in our reasonable opinion is connected to, acting in conjunction with, or in any way involved with such individual or the event manipulation.
XV. Fraud And Cheating
15.1. We will not tolerate any fraudulent activity or cheating. If we consider in our reasonable discretion that you have: (1) dishonestly manipulated the Services or taken an unfair advantage of us or the Services; or (2) attempted to defraud us or any other customer or legal entity, we reserve the right to suspend and/or close your account withholding any or all winnings and share information (together with your identity) with the police and other appropriate authorities. A non-exhaustive list of what we consider to be fraudulent activity or cheating is set out below: identity fraud; payment fraud; money laundering; third party funding; forgery; using stolen or fraudulent payment details; collusion with other individuals; utilisation of software to gain an advantage; chip dumping; exploitation of loopholes within our software & functionality; betting on fixed sporting events; or insider information;
15.2. You will not in any way interfere, interrupt, attempt to interrupt, or attempt to manipulate the operations of the Services or the normal play of any of our products. Failure to comply with this rule may lead to your exclusion from the Services, forfeiture of any winnings from such prohibited behaviour and to possible criminal and civil investigations. In particular, you will not use or attempt to use any artificial intelligence, automated players (bots) or Player assistance software but will play personally via the interfaces provided by us only;
15.3. Collusion between you and any of our other customers, as determined at our reasonable discretion, by sharing “hole” cards or by any other methods is strictly forbidden. To detect collusion, we analyze game play history and suspicious activities. our system monitors betting patterns, Player history and gameplay, including all bets, for all customers, up to and including the last round of betting where applicable. We also look at various other sources of information as part of our anti-collusion checks;
15.4. Where we reasonably believe that “match-rigging” has taken place, either as a result of the size or volume of bets received, or from other evidence (including where you are suspected of improper activity with any other online gambling site or services), or where the integrity of an individual event is called to question, we reserve the right to withdraw an offer, temporarily withhold payment and ultimately to declare bets on that event void;
15.5. If we reasonably consider that any of the events referred to in Sections 15 and 16 may have occurred or are likely to occur we reserve the right to take the following actions against your Account and/or any other accounts held by you under the Anakatech Interactive Limited license:
● Close or suspend your Account and any other accounts associated with you under the same license; or
● Apply limitations to your access to the Service, including but not limited to, restricting access to Casino or Sportsbook verticals, place wagers on specific sports and/or events and/or limit the amounts wagered; and/or
● Restrict or revoke your eligibility for any current or future promotional offers or bonuses; and/or
● withhold and/or retain any and all amounts which would otherwise have been paid or payable to you (including without limitation any Winnings or Bonus Winnings) to recover any sum attributable to your participation in prohibited activities.
15.6. If we close, restrict or suspend your account for any of the reasons referred to in Section 15 and 16, you shall be liable for any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses incurred or suffered by us (together “Claim”) arising as a result of or in connection with your fraud, dishonesty or criminal act and you agree to fully compensate us for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by us (including any direct, indirect or consequential losses, any loss of profit and any loss of reputation) in respect of such.
